Express yourself through movement & discharge what no longer serves you. Celebrate the beauty that is you & connect with the infinite space of your heart with a Metta (loving kindness) meditation.

Discover the power of forgiveness with the Ho'oponopono meditation. Allow the breath to compassionately acknowledge what needs to be seen within your being. Release body armouring in the chest with gentle movements. Experience your boundless heart through Tonglen (give & receive) meditation, a practice that exchanges pain with love, compassion and kindness.

Breathwork inspired my life first as a student & teacher of Yoga & Tantra. By using the breath & energy medicine, I healed myself of complex trauma. I am trauma informed & certified with BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System.
